You need a minimum of 350Kbps upstream and 350Kbps downstream to do a video call. On a desktop a minimum of 600Kbps is required.

Ensure That You Are Using a Compatible Browser

Desktop Web Browsers: Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the recommended browsers to use on both Windows and macOS. Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based version) and Safari (on macOS) are also supported. Preferably, use the recommended browsers. Ensure that the latest versions of the above browsers are used.

Mobile Browsers: On Android devices, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers are supported. On iOS devices, Safari browser is supported. Ensure that the latest versions of the above browsers are used.
